Responsibilities

• Room attendants clean and service guest rooms to provide a pleasant experience.
• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Change bed linen and towels; replace amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust; report issues.
• Update room status to Supervisors or Managers; restock supplies at shift end.
• Clean public areas and report maintenance needs.
