Responsibilities

• Responds to guest requests and greets guests warmly with a smile.
• Servicing an assigned number of guest rooms.
• Keeps supply cart and work areas neat and organized.
• Checks equipment before and after use; maintains cleanliness.
• Changes bed linens daily and replaces towels as needed.
• Cleans rooms including baths, surfaces, and fixtures daily.
• Greet guests and follow the GUEST model: greet, establish needs, solve requests, thank guests.
