Job summary

Residence Inn Ontario, part of Highgate Hotels, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, attractive guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to all guests. You will thoroughly clean guestrooms to standards, complete pre-cleaning duties, restock supplies, and report maintenance or missing items to the supervisor.

Weekend work is required. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid holidays

Qualifications

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to thoroughly clean guestrooms to standards.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
Remove trash and dirty linen; keep hallways and public areas clean and stocked.
Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use and replenish chemical bottles.
Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisor/manager.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
