Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group has an immediate opening for a Housekeeper/Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean, welcoming, and comfortable. You will help guests feel at home by maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies, with opportunities for growth across LTD's properties.

Qualifications

Knowledge of emergency procedures.
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to move luggage, packages or furniture up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean and return vacant rooms to a ready status, and occupied rooms to a clean status.
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
Tidy guest rooms as required.
Change blankets, bedspreads, and mattress pads every 60 days or to brand standard.
Complete assigned daily room projects (thresholds, patios, etc.).
Assist in carpet care by spot cleaning carpets while rooms are cleaned.
Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart.
Report discrepancies to the Engineering Department via Front Desk log or work order.
Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean condition (lounge, locker room, back of house).
Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
Maintain high cleaning standards as per Self-Inspection.
