Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms or suites including beds, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom.
• Maintains cleaning protocols and restocks amenities.
• Empties trash containers and replace liners.
• Restocks items in guest rooms; handles guest laundry orders.
• Notifies supervisor of maintenance needs and resolves guest issues.
• Ensures rooms are secured and provides 100% guest satisfaction.
