Responsibilities

• Making beds, replenishing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring spaces are immaculate.
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Reporting maintenance issues and unusual room conditions promptly.
• Handling guest requests with discretion, warmth, and urgency.
• Maintaining professional appearance and a well-stocked, organized cart and supply area.
• Supporting the broader housekeeping team and collaborating across departments for a seamless guest experience.
