Choice Hotels International, in partnership with Radisson Sunnyvale, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping/Room Attendant to maintain 100% guest satisfaction by delivering clean, comfortable rooms and genuine hospitality. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, and following brand standards to ensure safety and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year in hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or on a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year hospitality experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest service.
• Works well independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites (beds, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom).
• Restock amenities and supplies (soap, towels, paper items).
• Maintain cleaning protocols and report maintenance issues.
• Handle guest requests promptly and escalate when needed.
• Keep corridors and linen areas clean and organized.
• Ensure rooms are secured and guest safety is maintained.
