Holiday Inn Express McKinney is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in guest rooms and public areas.

You will be responsible for cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction while following safety and security procedures. The role supports a positive guest experience and requires reliability and teamwork.

Competenze

• Experience in housekeeping or related role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Good communication with guests and team members.
• Basic safety and sanitation practices; willingness to follow procedures.

• Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms per standards (dusting, vacuuming, linens, beds).
• Bathroom Maintenance: Sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and amenities.
• Surface Cleaning: Wipe furniture, surfaces, and decorative items in rooms and public areas.
• Restocking: Refill toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Trash Removal: Empty bins and replace liners.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and common areas.
• Report Maintenance Issues to appropriate personnel.

• Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests and assist as needed.
