Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for InterContinental New York Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. The role focuses on maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous service to all guests.

You will thoroughly clean rooms, restock supplies, and ensure guest satisfaction while following safety and cleanliness standards for a premium property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
