Job summary

The Hospitality Hub in Memphis is seeking a Hotel Attendant to handle full room turnovers, guest room and bathroom cleaning, linen service, and restocking. If you have worked as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or Custodian in hospitality, we want to hear from you. Our team operates within a broader mission to support people experiencing homelessness in Memphis.

Primary Location: 590 Washington, Memphis, TN 38105. Hours: 5 days/week, 10:00 am–6:00 pm; weekend availability strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of housekeeping, custodial, or hotel room attendant experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Able to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in a job well done.
• Comfortable following cleaning checklists and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Room & Property Turnovers: Clean, sanitize, bed-making, laundry, trash removal, mopping.
• Housekeeping & Property Care: Launder linens, use cleaning chemicals safely, operate equipment.
• Team: Training and onboarding of new hires; extra shifts during extreme weather; other duties as assigned.
