Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Memphis. You will help maintain clean rooms and public areas while delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Tipped eligible; compensation and details discussed during interview.
• Screening may include phone and manager interview, drug screen, background check, references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services and hours of operation.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues and drinking glasses.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per hotel lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
