Job summary

Highgate Hotels at Residence Inn Ontario in Ontario, CA is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and deliver courteous, efficient service to guests.

You will thoroughly clean rooms, restock supplies, report maintenance needs, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting a smooth housekeeping operation. The role requires standing most of the shift and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with guests and staff.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and stock supplies for housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use and replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisors/manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
