Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and clean rooms to standard.
• Must be a team player and assist co-workers as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests and team.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences and situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel rooms and building to ensure safe, clean guest experiences.
• Follow cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents.
• Strip and make beds, change linens, and handle room supplies.
• Dust furniture, mirrors, and fixtures to ensure a spotless appearance.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash; restock amenities and supplies.
• Manage room keys and guest access; assist with restocking heavy carts.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report issues as needed.
