About The Role

The Guest Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Department. The focus of this role is to ensure all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. Overall, the department will anticipate and customize services based on guest’s needs. This role should be knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This position will report to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, which is overseen by the Director of Housekeeping.

What You Will Do

• Room Maintenance: Supporting our standards through cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing guest rooms
• Stock Management: Monitoring supply closets and replenishing supplies as needed
• Communication/Teamwork: Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Dependable and team oriented.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
