Position: AM Guest Room Attendant - Full Time

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Guest Room Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Guest Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms (including fixtures and equipment) and private residences, ensuring all standards are met and deficiencies corrected before guest occupancy. This position reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping. U.S. work authorization is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness of all guest rooms and private residences, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning surfaces to ensure they are streak and mark-free.
2. Monitor guestroom equipment to ensure all items are in working order.
3. Complete assigned number of rooms during each shift.
4. Participate in detailed cleaning of guestrooms as per the hotel’s Perfect Room Program.
5. Remove and replace dirty towels and sheets from linen storage.
6. Sanitize all areas of the guestroom according to procedures.
7. Make beds and remove room service trays, dishes, and carts.
8. Stock linen and replenish guest amenities, coffee/tea supplies, and mini-bar items.
9. Place rooms in turn-down status as assigned.
10. Inspect and release rooms, ensuring standards are met.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
