Job summary

SP+ in Phoenix seeks a Shuttle Driver with DOT credentials to safely transport passengers at our locations. You will perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain bus cleanliness, and assist passengers, including those with luggage.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: DOT Medical Certificate required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language: Basic reading/writing and one-on-one communication.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic money calculations.
• Appearance: Neat, in uniform.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience per SP+ service standards.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus interiors and cleanliness.
• Log trips, fuel buses, and assist disabled passengers.
• Relate with customers, provide directions and support.
• Know garage areas and major routes for seamless transport.
