Responsibilities

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of up to 9 guests using a passenger van or commercial vehicle, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires prompt response to customer needs, professional communication, and a strong focus on safety and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

The Shuttle Driver works collaboratively with team members, the Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisors to ensure service excellence and adherence to company standards.
