Kohler Co. is hiring a Shuttle Driver for The American Club in Kohler, WI. This onsite role requires a valid driver's license, 21+ age, fluent English, and weekend availability to transport guests and assist with luggage and golf clubs while maintaining a high level of safety and hospitality.

The position includes pre-trip inspections, vehicle upkeep, and knowledge of Kohler operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a Five-Star resort.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to understand and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and to bend, squat, reach, kneel, and lift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekends required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Transporting passengers safely and courteously from point of origin to destination.
• Maintaining vehicles in an attractive condition via washing, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
• Maintaining driver logs and completing pre-trip inspections.
• Adhering to safety standards and reporting suspicious activities, securing keys, and noting road conditions.
• Helping guests load and unload luggage and golf clubs from shuttle buses.
• Being knowledgeable about Kohler resort operations, layout, amenities, hours, and related Kohler businesses.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transporting passengers safely and courteously from point of origin to destination
  
• Assuring that the vehicles are maintained in an attractive manner by performing side-worksuch as washing, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing vehicles
  
• Maintaining driver logs and completing pre-trip inspections
  
• Ability to adhere to safety standards including security reporting of suspicious activities, controlling keys, reporting road conditions, following specified driving procedures
  
• Helping guests load and unload luggage items and golf clubs from the shuttle buses
  
• Being knowledgeable of resort operations including layout, amenities offered, hours of operation, history, rates, etc. of all Kohler businesses, and attractions
  

This a seasonal position working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary from 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and be within the guidelines ofKohler Co. corporate insurance policy
  
• Must be at least 21 years of age
  
• Must be able to understand and speak fluent English
  
• Must be able to physically sit or stand for multiple hours as well as to bend, squat, reach,kneel, and lift
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regularbasis
• Weekends required.

The hourly range for this position is $15.20 - $22.80. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
