Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking an experienced Hotel Shuttle Van Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for guests.

You will operate a hotel-owned shuttle to airports, venues, and local attractions, assist with luggage, and deliver excellent guest service throughout your shift. The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, while maintaining a professional, punctual, and safety-focused demeanor at

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality shuttle/van driving.
Valid driver’s license in the state of operation.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to load/unload luggage and assist guests.

Responsibilities

Safely transport hotel guests to and from airports, venues, and local attractions.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle van and report issues.
Follow safety regulations and traffic laws.
Greet guests professionally and provide local information when requested.
Maintain communication with hotel staff to coordinate transportation.
Keep the shuttle van clean and stocked with supplies.
Maintain punctual and reliable service and adapt to traffic/weather conditions.
