Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality shuttle/van driving is preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the state of operation.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely and courteously transport hotel guests to and from destinations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle van.
• Follow safety regulations and driving laws.
• Greet guests professionally and provide local information when requested.
• Maintain communication with hotel staff to coordinate transportation.
• Keep the shuttle clean and stocked with supplies.
• Handle payments or vouchers if required.
• Be prepared to handle emergencies or issues.
