Job summary

Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI is seeking a friendly Van Driver to warmly welcome guests and transport them to and from the airport and around the city. You will assist with luggage and maintain a professional image while coordinating with the Front Office.

Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with late-night and overnight shifts preferred. Estimated wage is $14-$16/hour based on experience, plus benefits, discounts, and opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels &

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and handle luggage safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate the property.
• Clear communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Guest-focused, courteous attitude.
• Hospitality or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome upon arrival and departure.
• Safely drive guests to and from the airport and local destinations.
• Load, unload, and assist with luggage and amenities.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
• Deliver gifts or amenities to guest rooms as requested.
• Assist Front Office with additional tasks as needed.
