Job summary

Sheraton San Diego Resort is hiring a Bus/Shuttle Driver in San Diego, CA. The role involves safe, timely transport for hotel guests, handling luggage, and maintaining logs and vehicle cleanliness. You will deliver excellent guest service while following safety policies and hotel standards.

The position requires a valid Class B Driver License with Passenger Endorsement and prior customer service experience. Competitive pay with tips and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Driver License with Passenger Endorsement
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from the property and designated locations per schedule
• Assist guests with lifting, loading, storing, and unloading luggage and personal items
• Maintain accurate driver logs in accordance with hotel policy
• Monitor vehicle condition and schedule cleaning and maintenance as needed
• Provide guests with accurate shuttle pick-up and drop-off times
• Greet guests and assist with directions and local information
• Maintain cleanliness of the front drive and surrounding areas
• Support other departments as needed
