Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver at Huntsville Embassy Suites, 800 Monroe Street, Huntsville, AL. You will safely transport guests, assist with luggage, and ensure guest questions are answered promptly while keeping the shuttle area clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused: positive attitude improves every ride.
• Licensed and safe driver with a valid license.
• Strong communicator who handles questions clearly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to/from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Welcome guests and respond quickly to questions or requests.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized.
