Job summary

Choice Hotels International, a leading hotel company, seeks a Driver to operate the shuttle and ensure guests experience convenient, courteous transportation between the hotel and local destinations. The role focuses on 100% guest satisfaction through timely, safe service.

Shifts typically Monday–Friday 2PM–6PM with potential for additional hours. Prior shuttle or driving experience is beneficial; a valid state license is required, and airport certification eligibility may be needed.

• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures and safe driving laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• State Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Ability to clear all necessary airport certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate hotel shuttle to transport guests to local destinations on a schedule or request basis.
• Greet guests, provide information about local services and attractions.
• Log trips, manage fuel receipts and maintain shuttle cleanliness.
• Coordinate with front desk and other drivers to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Assist in loading/unloading luggage and handling special guest requests.
• Maintain safety and compliance with airport procedures and traffic rules.
