Job summary

SSM Health Monroe Clinic Hospital is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative who also serves as a Valet. This full-time role (36 hours weekly) in Monroe, Wisconsin, supports patients and visitors with a welcoming, safe, and efficient experience, including HIPAA-compliant information delivery and vehicle assistance.

Hours are 5:45 AM to 7:00 PM with days shift and every-other weekend rotation. Requires a Wisconsin driver’s license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, screens, routes and/or responds to all incoming inquiries for information, directions or concerns.
• Receives guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels.
• Provides patient information in compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies.
• Identifies and report issues of safety and maintenance.
• Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
