Job summary

HBM Hawaii is seeking a Guest Services and Traffic Attendant to create a safe, organized arrival experience for residents, guests, and visitors at the hotel in Waikiki. You will assist with luggage, direct pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the porte-cochere, and help maintain smooth arrivals and departures while ensuring ADA accessibility.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with hourly pay and a benefits package including 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass HB​M prescreen check.
• Valid Hawaii Driver's License required.
• English fluency essential; Japanese proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct luggage to ADA elevator and assist with luggage where safe.
• Provide directions to amenities and lobby areas.
• Maintain a visible entrance presence and answer basic questions.
• Coordinate with valet, security and staff during peak times.
