Job summary

Boston Duck Tours in Boston, MA is hiring Guest Service - Ticketing Representatives for the 2026 season. This seasonal, part-time role involves selling tickets at Prudential, Museum of Science, and New England Aquarium departure locations and helping guests have the best experience before, during and after the tour.

You will handle cash with accuracy, answer questions, stock displays, and act as an ambassador for the city of Boston.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and comfortably speak English.

Responsibilities

We love our city and sharing it with the 500,00 people that take our tour each year!

All Ticketing Reps will work alternately at our Prudential, Museum of Science, and New England Aquarium departure locations. In addition to selling tickets your role will include:
