Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Team Member for a part-time role at our travel plaza locations. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle payments, stock, and maintain clean work areas while following food safety standards.

You will assist in food preparation, serve travelers, and support day-to-day operations with a can-do attitude. Flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers with a smile.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, maintain cleanliness, stock and rotate products.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment; follow brand standards and policies.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products; maintain knowledge of plaza offerings.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
