Applegreen USA is seeking a Part Time Team Member to deliver friendly service, maintain cleanliness, and assist travelers at our travel plazas. You will process payments accurately and help prepare high-quality food for guests.

The role offers flexible shifts, a fast-paced work environment, and opportunities to uphold brand standards across locations. Prior customer service is beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and engage with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards, safety and company policies.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
