Job summary

Hinton Rural Life Center is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, and support campus hospitality areas. The role includes managing the gift shop and being on-call during guest stays, including some evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and capable of solving problems independently, with a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and finds fulfillment in serving others through hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out

Respond to guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met
