Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for our historic Crossroads property in Kansas City. You will lead a team of hotel ambassadors, coordinating with housekeeping, valet, sales and lifestyle teams to create a dynamic guest experience.

You will work in a respectful, progressive environment that values collaboration, feedback, and high standards of hospitality. This is a non-exempt, full-time role reporting to the Director of Rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality operations.
• Ability to collaborate with housekeeping, valet, sales and other departments.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hotel ambassadors in a busy historic property.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

As the Guest Services Supervisor, you will collaborate with housekeeping, valet, sales, lifestyle and other departments to bring our dynamic, exciting space to life.
