Compensation

Pay rate: $15/hour

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day property operations in collaboration with administrative, housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams.
  2. Participate in bi-weekly operational meetings, presenting solutions and process improvements.
  3. Act as point of contact in the absence of the General Manager.
  4. Coordinate front desk staffing and ensure SOP compliance.
  5. Ensure guest satisfaction through conflict resolution and guest issue management.
  6. Adhere to property policies and provide feedback on rate offerings.
  7. Handle administrative duties such as check-ins, calls, emails, and maintaining guest information in PMS.
  8. Perform routine billing, invoicing, and collection activities.
  9. Oversee apartment renewals and manage budgets for in-room furnishings and supplies.
  10. Collaborate with marketing on programs, manage OTA accounts, and respond to guest reviews.
