Job summary

HeadPinz and FastTrax Entertainment Centers in Florida are seeking a Guest Services Attendant to join the Guest Services/Bowling team. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and exceptional guest service across all locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in bowling, hospitality, food service, retail, or entertainment preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements (16+; 18+ for alcohol-related responsibilities where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest safety and enforce rules and policies.
• Verify guest eligibility for attractions, including height and age checks and waivers.
• Operate POS systems and process cash, cards, and vouchers accurately.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of events and maintain clear walkways and safety zones.
