Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, route calls, and support other departments with a courteous, professional approach. You will log wake-up calls, handle guest requests, assist with billing inquiries, and maintain a polished appearance while representing Omni standards every shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Previous customer service experience and cashiering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with Omni standards.
• Answer all incoming phone calls using proper protocol, greetings and closings.
• Log wake-up calls and assist with guest requests and billing inquiries.
• Log all guest requests and service deficiencies in the system.
• Assist with front desk operations and familiarize with hotel amenities and facilities.
