Hotel Equities seeks a Guest Services Agent for the Delta Hotels in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will greet guests, register them, handle reservations, and provide accurate information to ensure a smooth stay.

The role requires excellent communication, cash handling and computer skills, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training is provided and benefits are offered by Delta Hotels and Hotel Equities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hotel brands’ processes and standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, verify reservations and payments.
• Answer phone and guest inquiries professionally.
• Handle cash, process charges, and manage a house bank.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide local information.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints.
• Upsell rooms and promote hotel amenities.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and SOPs.
• Support other departments in emergencies.
