Job summary

Mereté Medford is seeking a Houseperson/Shuttle Driver to support the front desk and housekeeping, while keeping public areas clean and guest-friendly. In this on-site role, you will operate the hotel shuttle, assist guests with needs, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

In addition to delivering friendly guest interactions, you will be responsible for maintaining clean public spaces and assisting with room-ready tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be approved by Mereté’s insurer as an insurable driver.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel shuttle transporting guests and obey traffic laws.
• Clean and maintain hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and public areas.
• Assist Front Desk and Housekeeping with guest services and requests.
• Report maintenance, safety, and safety issues promptly.
