Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Services Shuttle Driver. You will transport guests, assist with luggage, and maintain shuttle areas in a friendly, efficient manner to enhance guest experiences.

We offer shift differentials for second shift, opportunities for growth, and a fun, energetic work environment with team events. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available year-round.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Have a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Transport Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles.
• Attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous attitude towards all guests, managers and fellow associates.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, room changes, and upon request.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, luggage storage areas, shuttle vehicles, and guest-facing spaces.

Guest Services Shuttle Driver

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seekingGuest Services Shuttle Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out processand/orsafely transporting Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles, accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
