Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Services team member at the Denham Springs location to process merchandise and fuel transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You will lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers, ensure end-of-shift reports are completed, handle guest questions, and maintain a clean, organized work area while following company guidelines and safety rules. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to lead and train a small team on shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures
• Follow company guidelines for sale of restricted merchandise (e.g., alcohol, tobacco)
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest
• Handle guest complaints and issues per company processes; resolve conflicts
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift
• Assist with other travel center functions (deli, showers/restrooms, stocking, coffee)
• Model Behaviors that support the company’s purpose and ensure guests and team members are supported
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
