Qualifications

• High School education required; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and presentation; ensure meals are delivered properly and buffet appealing.
• Check station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment; assist with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
