The Emily Hotel is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help with polishing, side work, and maintaining clean, organized dining areas while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. You may work varied hours, including weekends, and should be able to move furniture and carry supplies as needed while keeping guests satisfied.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room
• Deliver food to guests according to table and position numbers
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
• Move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats safely
• Use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken directions
• Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
• Move through restaurant spaces including stairs and uneven or slick surfaces
• Stand and walk for long shifts and maintain guest relations while following safety policies
