Job summary

Pūlama Lāna‘i seeks a Ramp Service Agent to maintain aircraft, vehicles, and ground equipment in peak condition and support seamless interisland travel. The role involves detailing, baggage handling, guest transport, and safety-focused operations across the Lanai and neighbor islands.

The position requires physical labor, flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Previous airline experience preferred.
• Physical labor experience or warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and washes interior and exterior of aircraft, vehicles, and equipment.
• Washes windows and cleans tires of aircraft, vehicles, and equipment.
• Polishes exterior of aircraft, vehicles, and equipment.
• Vacuums interior upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes wood surfaces.
• Cleans dust from cockpit controls.
• Cleans the hangar facility, floors and walls regularly.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
• Operates support equipment safely.
• Tow aircraft as required to meet daily flight operations and maintenance requirements.
• Provide aircraft marshaling using hand signals to safely maneuver aircraft into and out of parking.
• Baggage and cargo handling, loading/offloading, and servicing of all inbound/outbound aircraft.
• Assist with transporting guests between airport, lounge and aircraft.
• Transport cargo with Ground Support Equipment between zones and aircraft.
• Operates company vehicles, radios, and equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Ensures that vehicles are fueled properly.
• FOD inspections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
