NORTH AMERICAN WAX COMPANY LLC in La Grange, IL is seeking a friendly, results-driven front desk associate to greet guests, handle check-ins, and drive sales in a fast-paced in-person setting.

You will promote services, educate guests on the exclusive product line, and manage reservations while maintaining a clean, organized center. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and guest service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
• Retail, sales, or beauty industry experience a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
