Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products, promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, reservations, confirmations, cash handling, inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
