Responsibilities

• Operates cash registers and reservation software; accepting cash, checks and credit cards.
• Balances cash reports and prepares bank deposits.
• Accepts reservations for shows and takes registration and money for tours.
• Stocks brochure racks and keeps storage room organized.
• Answers telephones.
• Gives written and verbal information to customers.
• Assist with verifying weekly and monthly inventories.
• Creates and updates vouchers.
• Receives tickets on computerized tracking systems.
• Performs office duties and works on a computer daily.
• Assists in events sponsored by the Community Support Flight.
