Job summary

Smart Motors Toyota is seeking a Guest Services Representative to handle customer payments, repair orders, and vehicle handoffs. You will support customer relations and assist in vehicle deliveries on a full-time, on-site basis, contributing to a remarkable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Experience handling payments and repair orders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive cash, checks, and credit card payments for service work.
• Accurately calculate and communicate repair orders.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the vehicle by checking their name on credit card, check, or driver’s license.
• Organize and file repair orders, invoices, and lists of missing documents.
• Reconcile cash drawer during shift changes and daily for start/end of business.
• Supply amenities for the customer waiting area and help keep it clean.
• Provide backup assistance to all customer relations departments as needed.
• Assists in the delivery of vehicles, if needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications:
