Job summary

Hampton Inn West Valley City is seeking a friendly, entry-level Guest Services Representative for a full-time afternoon shift (2 pm–10 pm). You will warmly greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and help with room assignments and special requests, all while maintaining a welcoming front-desk environment.

In this role you will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, prepare for the day ahead, and address guest needs with positivity and professionalism.

The Schedule

This role is a full-time schedule working the afternoon shift 2 pm – 10 pm. You may be scheduled any day of the week, depending on business needs.
