Altru Health System in Grand Forks, ND is searching for a Guest Services Representative to greet patients and visitors, screen for safety, and coordinate check-ins with staff.
You will serve as a liaison, provide concierge assistance, and help families locate services while supporting physicians and the care team in delivering a welcoming experience.

Pay Range: $15.50 - $23.22
Summary: The Guest Services Representative greets patients and guests who arrive at the facility in a timely, courteous and helpful manner. The representative ensures that all visitors are screened to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. This position acts as a liaison between patients, families and staff by greeting and checking in family members. The representative notifies families and updates to help keep the family informed and assisting physicians and staff in locating families for updates and securing support services as needed. This position provides concierge services to patients and families directing and/or escorting them to their destination.
