Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals in North Carolina seeks a Guest Services Representative to be the friendly face of the organization, helping patients, visitors, and staff navigate facilities and access information. Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service preferred.
• Availability mornings/evenings/weekends.
