Legacy Hospitality seeks a courteous Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, perform smooth check-ins, and manage reservations from arrival to departure.

In this front desk role, you will handle check-ins and check-outs, coordinate room assignments, answer inquiries, process payments, and work with housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction. A friendly, multi-tasking team player thrives in our fast-paced hotel environment.

• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
