Position Purpose And Summary
The Guest Services Representative ("GSR") demonstrates a commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, check-in/out procedures, and payment collection, all following company guidelines. The GSR also manages daily paperwork and ensures safety and security standards are upheld for guests and staff.

Key Duties

1. Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly to requests.
2. Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process, embodying ESA's service culture.
3. Handle reservations, check-in/out, and payments according to procedures.
4. Manage cash, credit, and ledger accounts accurately.
5. Set up and break down breakfast displays timely.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and common areas.
7. Promote ESA's value and convert inquiries into reservations.
8. Gather guest information, identify sales opportunities, and follow safety policies.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Assist with hotel cleanliness and maintenance tasks across various areas.
2. Participate in cross-training in housekeeping and laundry.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation
